A plastic cylinder which has two compartments. The lower compartment which is accessed by removing the base of the cylinder provides storage for tablets. This compartment has transparent walls so that the amount of medication contained within is clearly visible. The upper compartment consists of a removable plastic cap which exposes a roughened surface onto which the tablet to be crushed is placed. Crushing is achieved by replacing the cap and compressing the tablet. The crushed tablet can then be tipped out of the cap.
